Vibrant Realtors is not amongst many realty agents who claim themselves professional, but they are are amongst very few who are beyond professionals, serving the people as best as they can. I'd reached out to Jatinder to express my concerns over the tussles from all front, be it the existing tenants or the original realty agent as I was totally clueless on getting things sorted. Seeing my situation, Jatinder came to my house the very same day, gave different suggestions and assured that he'd sort this out smoothly. And within the blink of an eye, we switched the agency to Vibrant and all the rental property issues vanished seamlessly. This clearly states their action speaks louder than words. So can't give anything less than 5 stars for their conscientious trait and exemplary work. Secondly, I can bet the cost incurred for addressing the issues would definitely be 25-30% cheaper than prevailing market prices as I believe other agents have a moiety of our payment as their commission. Thirdly, I'd reached out to him innumerable occasions, for multiple issues, be it property related or something even in personal front. He had always made sure he's reachable to render his valuable advise / service (simply round the clock and not just during office hours). This clearly shows that he's value-driven rather than being process-driven. Fourthly, they offer other value add services (free of cost) like providing you cheap and best electricity and gas plans, cheaper mobile plans, better home loan interest rates etc. Overall the list of services they offer KEEPs GOING and KEEPs GROWING. If all these factors are taken into consideration, 5 stars is way too less, to rate VIBRANT REALTORS, to be honest. And anyone who's with Vibrant Realtors would definitely second me on the same, as they too wouldn't have come across any other realty agent who'd have rendered this sort of premium service besides offering several other intangible benefits, to their clients

Jatinder was the seller's agent on my first home bought in Australia. His service throughout that process was excellent and he is a man of his words and value driven.
