Tenant Selection
We look into our own database alongside organising tenant house inspections to find you the best suitable tenant that is fully qualified and of good character.
We will bring all these potential tenant profiles to you for you to make your final selection based on your own intuition and analysis.
Information Portals
We have some advanced Integrated systems to be able to onboard both our Clients and Tenants once the agreements have been signed, this is to keep everything seamless and improve an overall experience.
These systems allow you to login to your own portal and access all information ranging from invoices, house inspection data, repairs, dates, and several other related matter.
Ongoing Support
We closely monitor and make sure your property is maintained well by taking proactive steps not limited to the following:
- Periodic House inspections
- Smoke Alarm inspections
- Provide periodic pictures of the condition of the property
- Organise maintenance and repairs on your behalf( we don’t take any cuts nor kickbacks from tradies)
